Throughout her professional career, Alison has had to face a vast array of challenges. She has successfully run a businesses through the Australian 1992 recession, the Global Financial Crisis and Brisbane’s 2011 floods.
These challenges have helped Alison to develop a real world understanding of potential hardships facing businesses, and the need for strategic planning and strong leadership if a business is going to survive and grow through tough times.
As well as practical experience, Alison has studied leadership and business management extensively, including earning her MBA, completing an Advanced Leadership programme as well being involved in an ongoing leadership development and mentoring programme.
